These terms apply to direct villa accommodation bookings for Koala Villa, operated by Mesi Property Holdings Pty Ltd.

Service

Direct villa accommodation bookings in Canggu, Bali. Your booking gives you use of the selected room for the confirmed stay dates, subject to these terms and any house rules or check-in instructions sent before arrival.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in AUD during booking before payment, including the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and total stay cost. We receive payments in AUD. Stripe may offer local currency payment options where supported. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has completed successfully.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms: contact us at least 14 days before check-in to request a cancellation or date change. Refunds are assessed case by case, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate booking and contact details, respect the property, follow reasonable house rules, and promptly report any issues during the stay.
